COURTNEY ARMSTRONG, M.Ed., LPC

I specialize in helping adults who are dealing with anxiety, grief or issues related to past trauma. My approach is both compassionate and creative, aimed at giving you the tools you need to calm your minds, heal emotionally, and move ahead peacefully and confidently in your life.  I believe the possibilities of what we can do with our lives is endless, no matter what our history.

  • Licensed Professional Counselor - TN 1999

Courtney is also co-owner of Tamarisk: A Center for Change and Growth and recently authored the book Transforming Traumatic Grief.  Her hobbies include cycling, traveling, and hiking with her dog, Buzz.
